A fix has been implemented and Nexus is slowly starting to handle jobs again. Some delay in jobs running should be expected for the next few hours.

We've written a fix that should hopefully enable Nexus to clear the backlog and get jobs progressing again. We'll need to monitor it before we can consider this incident closed. Please continue to submit jobs as normal.

Investigating
We have picked up an issue with Nexus job submission. Jobs are being accepted, but Nexus is not passing them on to the underlying quantum providers. New jobs and jobs already submitted will be passed on eventually. We apologise for the issue.
